INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Purpose and Duration of Processing

We process personal data in order to handle your inquiry and for the subsequent performance of a contract (under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you give us explicit consent, we may also process your data for marketing purposes (under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The processing period varies depending on the purpose:

For handling your inquiry: data is stored for 1 year.
For marketing purposes: 3–5 years (the exact period is specified in the consent).
If you are or become our client: data is stored for the duration of the business relationship.

Data Processors

To provide you with top-quality services, we use third-party providers. Other recipients of your personal data include persons providing technical services related to the operation of the website, e-shop, and CRM system, including software operation and data storage. We also use processors located abroad.

We use cookies on our website. Analytical cookies that measure website traffic are considered our legitimate interest. Advertising targeting cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.
