Project story

In Plzeň, within a complex of several companies, one of our very successful projects was completed. The kitchen was created as part of a complete reconstruction of the building and was designed from the outset as a brand-new, modern gastronomic operation.

In addition to the cooking facilities themselves, the project also includes storage areas, a design-focused food serving area, and a pleasant dining room for guests.

The installation of the technologies was a challenge – the building lacked both stairs and an elevator. Thanks to excellent cooperation between the customer and our sales representative, everything was handled without compromise and the project was successfully completed.

Our solution

The kitchen is designed for an operation of up to 1,000 meals per day, which is reflected in the selected REDFOX technologies:

  • BIQ high-capacity kettles
  • combi ovens in several sizes
  • refrigeration and freezing technology
  • double fryer
  • blast chiller
  • automatic dishwashers and wash tables
  • serving tables
  • electric ranges
  • extensive work and storage surfaces
  • shelving storage system in the warehouse

The entire solution is designed with an emphasis on smooth operation, workplace safety, and easy maintenance.


Implementation process

The project was managed with a strong focus on detail, coordination of individual professions, and continuity of all steps. Despite construction limitations, the installation of the technologies proceeded smoothly and without any negative impact on the final quality of the solution.
