Project Story

Obchodní dům Máj, located at the intersection of Spálená and Národní streets, is one of the most iconic examples of Czech architecture from the 1970s.

After an extensive renovation that began in 2022, the building’s upper floors were transformed into a modern dining zone.

One of the new concepts is YAYA’s Meat & Seafood, a Greek restaurant building on the success of its sister location in Anděl. The kitchen design was created through close collaboration between our project engineer Matěj Funiok and the restaurant owner — bringing a proven concept to a prestigious new setting.

Our solution

The YAYA’s Meat & Seafood kitchen was equipped with professional REDFOX technology:

  • Fryer with a cold zone for longer oil life
  • REDFOX QQI dishwasher with a self-cleaning program
  • REDFOX refrigeration units
